WOOHOO!! Last night Coastruction received a subsidies of €81 883 from Citylab010 for our project Reefs 'R Us. We are so excited and can't wait to get started. Together with young adults, climate psychologists, civil engineers, ecologists and Rotterdam artists we will talk about climate stress, loss of Biodiversity, sustainability and resilient communities. In a unique design workshop, we'll explore how reef development can benefit both nature and society. By focusing on three key concepts: creativity, waste concrete from the city, and inclusiveness. The Reefs'R Us project by Coastruction will contribute to the next generation of artificial reefs.
